Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data OvVPN handles while operating its website, user panel, and subscription services, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and what controls are available to users. Using the service means that the user has read this policy; anyone who disagrees with these practices should stop using the relevant features.
Data Collection Scope
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. The service therefore does not require a registration email. The account system stores the username, securely processed authentication data, plan status, and traffic usage records to identify the account, maintain sign-in status, calculate available traffic, and deliver subscription services.
When a transaction occurs, the system stores the order identifier, selected item, amount due, payment method, payment status, creation time, and refund status. These records are used to complete orders, verify payments, handle disputes, and apply the refund policy. When a user submits a ticket, its content, attachments, and handling records are also associated with the account so that the specific issue can be followed up.
Access Analytics and Processing Purposes
The website may record page-view events, referring pages, browser and device categories, interface language, access time, and generalized network-region information. These statistics help assess whether pages load correctly, detect unusual access, improve navigation, and understand how different content is used. They are not used to build a profile of the websites a user visits internationally.
Technical events needed for security and troubleshooting are used only to identify failed sign-ins, API errors, repeated requests, and service anomalies. Data that can be linked to an account is used only as necessary to complete the relevant service, protect account security, or handle a dispute. Processing is not expanded for purposes unrelated to this policy.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Records
OvVPN does not record which websites a user visits, store domain-query content, page content, communication text, or application traffic, or build a user-specific history of network activity. Temporary technical data required for route forwarding exists only while a connection is being handled and is not retained as connection logs available for long-term retrieval.
The account system still needs to record plan status and traffic usage to apply monthly subscription reset rules or traffic-package usage rules. These usage records show the amount of traffic consumed but do not include destinations, specific pages, or transmitted content. During troubleshooting, users may provide necessary information themselves; the service does not retrieve browsing records that do not exist.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save session credentials, language preferences, interface state, and necessary analytics identifiers. Session credentials maintain the signed-in state; preference data restores the selected interface settings; analytics identifiers distinguish consecutive access events and prevent the same visit from being counted repeatedly.
Disabling necessary storage may prevent the signed-in state from being maintained, disable user-panel features, or prevent preferences from being saved. Users can clear related data through their browser settings; after clearing it, they will need to sign in again and reselect interface settings. When an account is signed out, the user panel stops using the current session.
Third-Party Payment Processing
The service supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is completed by the relevant payment provider or blockchain network, and information submitted during payment is subject to that provider's rules. OvVPN receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not store payment-account credentials handled directly by the payment provider.
Payment providers may process device, account, risk-control, and transaction information under their own policies. Users should read the terms shown in the relevant payment interface before paying. Data processed independently by third parties is not changed by this policy, but OvVPN limits the transaction results it receives to order verification, refunds, and dispute handling.
Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account data is retained while the account remains active. Order and refund records are retained for as long as necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable financial and compliance requirements. Ticket data is retained after issue resolution as needed for operations and dispute handling; once the processing purpose ends, it will be deleted, anonymized, or separated from the account.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through a ticket. To prevent unauthorized action, verification of current account control may be required before processing. After a deletion request is completed, data that must be retained by law or used for pending transactions, refunds, or disputes will be restricted and handled once the retention reason no longer applies.
When this policy changes, the updated content will be posted on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Significant changes to data processing or user rights may be announced through the user panel. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the relevant features.
