These terms apply to the OvVPN website, user panel, client access, and related subscription services. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using international routes, the user confirms that these terms have been read and accepted. Stop using the service if any provision is unacceptable.
Service Content and Scope
OvVPN provides international network acceleration, access to international routes, subscription management, and client access support. The service covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The specific regions, route types, and client entry points available at any time are shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access paths. It does not control destination websites, applications, content platforms, or network operators. Whether a third-party service is available, content is visible, an account can be used, or regional rules are enforced is determined by the relevant third party and is outside OvVPN's control.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription details, and access to the user panel, and are responsible for actions performed under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions have no device limit, but may only be used by the account holder and devices within the holder's reasonable management. Selling, renting, or transferring a subscription is prohibited, as is publicly sharing account credentials or subscription details, or providing access to unspecified parties through shared services, reselling, or other means. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, plan loss, or account risks caused by intentionally sharing credentials.
Subscription Billing and Refund Guidance
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until consumed, and never expire. Plan prices, available traffic, and the current subscription status are governed by the pricing page and order details in the user panel.
Payment is available through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before submitting an order, users should verify the plan, amount, and payment method; after completing the order, check its activation status in the user panel. The conditions and process for refunds are set out in the Refund Policy; a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, and must independently confirm that they have the necessary authorization to access, transmit, store, and publish content. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, distribution of malicious programs, network attacks, interference with network facilities, or sustained automated resource use that affects other users' normal connections.
Users must not probe, damage, or evade access controls for the website, user panel, authentication systems, or route facilities, nor impersonate another person when handling orders or tickets. For legally submitted requests supported by valid grounds, OvVPN will take necessary measures within the applicable scope.
Service Availability and Liability
Routes may experience temporary interruptions, speed changes, or partial unavailability due to maintenance, network congestion, operator adjustments, third-party platform rule changes, device environments, or force majeure. OvVPN may switch routes, adjust capacity, update systems, or temporarily suspend service to maintain security and stability, and will publish notices through the website or user panel as appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OvVPN is not responsible for the continuity of third-party services, content accuracy, account handling results, or commercial decisions. Users should keep important materials backed up and confirm the current network status before making payments, transferring files, or changing account settings. Losses caused by device configuration, credential management, or violations by the user are outside the scope of this service's liability.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with service facilities, infringe others' rights, or violate these terms, OvVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend route access, or terminate the account based on the nature of the issue. Relevant facts, order records, and ticket content may be used to investigate disputes before or after action is taken; users may still submit an explanation through the user panel.
These terms may be updated due to changes in service scope, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be posted on this page and the last-updated date will be changed accordingly; important changes affecting users' rights may be announced through the website or user panel. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Stop using the service if you do not agree with the revisions.
