Operational decisions are based on route purpose, regional coverage, and actual connection results. Choose a region that matches the target service’s location. Streaming, AI tools, and general web access are evaluated by use case rather than judged by route names alone.
Start by identifying the target region, then choose a route suited to the content you need to access. If the connection becomes unstable, disconnect first, switch to another route in the same region, and verify the exit location and target service again.
Troubleshooting proceeds through account status, subscription updates, client settings, and the local network in that order. If further assistance is needed, submit a ticket in the user panel with the device platform, selected region, and error details.
PRIVACY · Privacy approach
OvVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record users’ browsing content. Account setup collects only the information required to provide subscription services, with no email address needed at registration. Data related to orders, plan status, and traffic usage is used only for billing, delivery, and account management; the privacy policy and terms of service define the specific boundaries.
